I am a communications coordinator and research assistant at The Future of Free Speech at Vanderbilt University, a nonprofit think tank focused on global freedom of expression. In this role, I translate complex international policy research into accessible narratives and design data-driven marketing campaigns.

I am the lead author of the organization’s weekly Free Flow newsletter, which curates breaking global developments affecting free expression. My writing on AI regulation and First Amendment issues has appeared in outlets including the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

I also serve as Junior Chair of Marketing and Communications for the Internet Law & Policy Foundry, a fellowship sponsored by the Congressional Internet Caucus, where I support communications strategy and public engagement for early-career professionals working at the intersection of technology and policy.

I graduated with a degree in journalism from Boston University in 2024. During my undergraduate studies, I interned at Allen & Unwin, Australia’s largest independent publisher, where I developed a broader interest in freedom of expression beyond journalism, including literature and cultural speech. At Boston University, I served as a copy editor for the undergraduate pre-law review and held roles as a dean’s host, admissions ambassador, student government internal staffer, and full-time server in downtown Boston.

When I am not working, I write about entertainment, mental health, and other interests on my personal blog and volunteer at a sanctuary caring for rescued horses!
